Skin profile
A few questions about your skin type, sensitivities and priorities. Pregnancy and breastfeeding set aside the ingredients that are not right for you.
Product analysis
Reads a product’s ingredient list: the Formula Score, the Safety Analysis and what each ingredient does for your skin.
Compatibility
Shows how a product suits your skin and how it fits your current routine, separately, and explains why.
4-week plan
A four-week care plan made for your profile: morning and evening steps, with frequency that grows week by week.
Routine tracking
Tick your steps every day and get reminders. After four weeks a short check-in prepares your next plan.

Privacy
- Your skin conditions and pregnancy status are health data: processed only with your explicit consent and stored on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
- We never send your name, email or user id to the AI.
- No ads, and your data is not sold.
- Delete your account from the app at any time; your data is deleted at once.

Does CiltMate give medical advice?
No. CiltMate is a skincare guide; it does not diagnose or prescribe treatment. If your skin has a problem, see a dermatologist.
Where does the product information come from?
From brands’ official pages and ingredient databases. Scores and compatibility come from defined rules, not from an AI’s guess.
Is it free?
Your skin profile, product search, product information (three products a day), the Safety Analysis and the Formula Score are free. The personal plan and the compatibility analyses come with CiltMate Pro.
How do I delete my account?
From inside the app, with your confirmation, in seconds. Account deletion
