What CiltMate is
CiltMate is a skincare guide that analyses products’ ingredients against your skin profile, shows how a product suits your skin and your routine, and prepares a four-week care plan.
Not medical advice
CiltMate does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and does not replace a doctor or a pharmacist. If you have a skin condition, an allergy or a serious complaint, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, see a dermatologist before starting a new product. If a product causes a reaction, stop using it.
Product information
Product and ingredient information is compiled from brands’ official pages and ingredient databases; scores and compatibility are calculated from defined rules. Formulas change and information can be wrong: check the ingredient list and directions on the pack before use. Try a new product on a small area first.
Your account
CiltMate is for people aged 16 and over. You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for your account and the security of your device. You can delete your account from the app at any time: Account deletion.
Free features and CiltMate Pro
Some features are free; the personal plan and the compatibility analyses come with a CiltMate Pro subscription. Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play, follow the store’s terms and renew at the end of each period unless cancelled. You manage or cancel your subscription in your store account’s subscription settings; deleting your account does not cancel it. Prices are shown in the app.
Acceptable use
Use CiltMate lawfully and for personal purposes. Reverse engineering the app or the service, collecting data with automated tools, disrupting the service or using someone else’s account is not allowed. If these rules are broken we may suspend or close the account.
Intellectual property
CiltMate’s name, design, software and content are ours. Brand and product names belong to their owners; CiltMate is not affiliated with or endorsed by any brand.
Limitation of liability
We provide CiltMate as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the information in the app, or for indirect damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
We may update these terms; we change the date and announce important changes in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In consumer disputes you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
