Account deletion

From the app

1. Open CiltMate and sign in.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account and data are deleted at once. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Everything, at once: your account, your skin profile and health data, your plans, your routine and daily ticks, your check-in answers, your notification settings and device tokens, and your usage records. Copies in backups drop out within the backup rotation.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a CiltMate Pro subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store or Google Play; the Support page shows how.

If you cannot open the app

Email privacy@ciltmate.com from your account’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”. Once we have confirmed it is you, we delete your account within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
